2023 GMC Acadia

You have four GMC Acadia models to choose from: SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali. This SUV has sophisticated styling with a muscular-looking massive grille bracketed by intriguing C-shaped LED headlights. Clean lines draw your eye along the roof where they meet at the back of the Acadia's sporty hatch. The GMC Acadia gets a new color for 2023: Volcanic Red Tintcoat. Other colors include Hunter Metallic and White Frost Tricoat.

The Acadia offers plenty of power. Under the hood of the SLE and SLT trims, you'll find a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an output of 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Move up to the AT4 or Denali trim, and the Acadia gets a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that pumps out an impressive 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. The first engine is available for the two upper trims, and the latter engine is available for the SLT trim. Both engines come with Stop/Start technology and pair with a nine-speed transmission.

Depending on your driving needs, you can choose either the Acadia with front-wheel drive or the AT4 trim to get the standard active torque control all-wheel-drive system for added traction. All trims come with electronic stability and traction control, fully independent suspension with a MacPherson strut coil spring and stabilizer bar, and an independent five-link rear suspension system. You can even tow with your 2023 Acadia. When properly equipped, this SUV can haul up to 4,000 pounds, making it a power house in its class.

With three rows of seats, the Acadia can seat up to seven people. If you swap out the second-row bench seats for two captain's chairs, the Acadia can fit up to six people, but each passenger will have more room. This configuration also offers better access to the third row seats. As you move up the trim levels, you get attractive features such as leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, and power-adjustable front seats for both the driver and passenger. GMC has equipped the Acadia with an infotainment system that features an 8-inch touch screen with turn-by-turn navigation and Apple CarPlay and Android integration. Except for the base SLE model, the Acadia comes with an eight-speaker premium Bose sound system. If you choose the Denali trim, you can opt for the Denali Ultimate Package to get a panoramic sunroof to let extra light in.
